3of4 guy got Ping Issue

Me and my friend are from Thailand(SEA) finding some MMORPG tp play so Wynncraft are perfect game for that but when I hop in I enjoying it with no ping issue(200-250ms) everything are loaded every chunk every interaction are smooth but when I invite my other 3 friend they are all got ping issue(300+ms) but not only that its always have a freeze problem like every mob are freeze, GUI interaction are freeze. unplayable, one of my friend fixing it by change his DNS to google DNS and using MTR then he can play normally, literally normally. after 1 night when we all woke up other trying his method and its fail even a method founder are also fail(DNS method are doesnt work anymore) now we are straggle coping and soothing really wanna play this server together but we cant ;-;
