We could always make it a group effort to find it. It surely drops from something on Half-Moon, and I'm sure if multiple people grind that place, someone will find it.

 

May I ask where you're getting these numbers from?

 

The .02% was stated by Selvut for some drop (Squid, I think), and people have been assuming it for many other drops. I'm not convinced all such drops are like that though, given the relatively high number of Large Lapis that I've found.

 

I think him saying anything in general is kinda a disprovment of that, so I would agree

People like to say "Rarity 6" but where did that come from?

 

You're assuming that's the drop rate with that rarity but it isn't. Most wilderness mobs share the same T3 drop chances, it's just not what your number is.

 

Confirmed, Stolen Pearls drop from Rymek Citizens. Source: I farmed 4 of them and sold two to Goku. It's a very rare drop but it definitely is part of the loot table.
