   Alright kiddos, I have the solution
   
   1st part is memory, memorize the colors and confirm it when done
   
   2nd part get the 8 blue wire pieces and toss them into the blue wire
   
   The teleporter will activate and you will get the Blue Meteor Shard
   
   Credit to Ham_0uz for helping me figure this out
