This is a really stupid idea. As literally if he doesnt like the bids he could just say someone (friend) bid on it higher and nobody got it.

 

That's why it's based on the integrity of the seller. As he said in his first post, he himself hopes he doesn't get emeralds as bid.

 

I reserved items for a whole month before the buyer said he didn't want it anymore. I still sold an item in an auction even as people withdrew their bids. From 50LE to 20LE. Why? Because the auction ended. I think I am more than trustworthy enough.

Yes, I made this auction knowing I can get as little as 10 emeralds. I am gambling on the fact that prople will bid their absolute highest to ensure victory in the auction.

The current bid is, as a matter of fact, not very disappointing ;)
