Comments: Many variations since it's basically just rainbow slap (ex. Vaward, Epilouge with tomes, MPC); what powders you use doesn't matter a whole lot, rainbow is the best for Discombobulate and one of the F6s can be replaced with E6 if you don't want Courage (tierdrop ring isn't necessary in that case)

Primary Damage: 15k spin aura, 8k with clones, mean 56k spin aura if every clone touch, 112k spin aura with delirious gas, flow state and clones.
EHP (agi/non agi): 12k unboosted, 30k with clones.
Comments: Don't use the build as it's showed, cause the legging is shity. Better to use a crafter legging with 25 mana regen, 36% spell damage and -40% water damage, you'll have the true potential of oblivion. The build is made for TNA, you can do everything with it except of lootrun and LI.

Comments: You can take off the tomes without breaking the build. They add a lot of extra damage, but aren't required to use the build.
Also, try to use Dodge (powder special), it's a great source of bonus damage.
