"1 Day left"
actually means
"5 months left"

 

I know that you're joking about this, but if it were to take five more months, then Grian wouldn't have said that it's coming out tomorrow.

well as Grian stated on the Day 2 thread this thing may or may not be linked to the forest's decay...
this reminds me of the bug I squashed in the jungle that was and did kill a talking tree...
So my question is do these 2 species have more in common then preferences of magic trees?...

I think its the other way round. I think that the Decay is behind this. Why? Well, the Decay, while it isn't the Corruption, seems to be similar in some ways. But instead of enraging, it seems to create evil creatures. I have a feeling that the Decay comes from a world like the Nether. I would have thought that would be the Realm of Light... but then the Realm of Light has good trees around it in the Gavel side of the portal. So maybe the Realm of Light is in the Forest of Light and then there could be a Realm of Darkness in either the Forest of Darkness or the other forest which is affected heavily by the Decay. Not sure about all of this, but it could be quite possible.

 

Possible linked whit the decay maby a parasite that was created in the forest that was affected whit decay?

Grian has confirmed that the Twitter countdown is the countdown until they believe they're finished with Gavel, and so it's scheduled for a release on Sunday (Though it may be delayed until Monday because problems).
