World 1.9+ Boat Glitch Fix

As most may already know, there is a glitch in 1.9+ where boats with a player in it will sink instead of float. I know that at one time they would float instead of sink in 1.9+, but they don't anymore. I also know that most players can get around the ocean with spells easily enough when the V.S. Seaskipper cannot get to those places, but not everyone enjoys doing that and would still prefer to use boats instead of spell-spamming. And just telling people to spell-spam doesn't make it any better. If this glitch could be fixed, it would be very much appreciated.

 

the Wynn twitter says it took them 10 hours to fix this glich. have you checked if there's still this glich?

 

it was still very much a glitch when i last tried, even after they said they fixed it

anyways, this is the kind of glitch that will get instantly fixed once wynn drops 1.8 support (maybe for 1.18? who knows)

Oh I assure you, the glitch very much exists still.

If they remove the glitch at the same time of removing 1.8 server compatibility, I know that I personally will be fine with it. Because the only thing I don't like about 1.9+ is the attack cooldown, but that doesn't really matter in Wynncraft. Although if they actually do wait until 1.18, that will take close to 10 years I imagine.
