1.8.x vs Modern Versions

Just curious within the Wynncraft community on which version of Minecraft you all prefer. I have always and will always prefer the old PvP system/versions. Mostly just due to nostalgia, and the fact that I've never really given the modern versions a chance. Let me know your thoughts!

 

Not only do I like pvp more, but building, redstone & command system is just much better. Not only is there a lot of good new stuff to use, but mods like Axiom help massively. Infinite world height too. (PLEASE WYNNCRAFT).
The only thing I miss from old versions is that I feel sad for weaker builders. Old resourcepack kind of made everyone equal. New resourcepack makes you blend more, which makes builds look much better in effect usually. BUT it can disencourage new players from building. It's hard to build like in beta, if not impossible sometimes.

 

Yeah manly for PVP is 1.8.x the best version to play but for survival and more the newest minecraft versions are way better.
