    I saw the rainbow and got excited that they would finally stop misgendering people in the quests and switch to gender neutral terms then I read the comments and got sad again. Oh well back to farming and getting called he and him every 4th quest I decide to do.

    Off the top of my head I remember mixed feelings used the phrase "kill him" at one point and the quest a "A Sandy Scandal" used he or him a lot near one of the final boss battles.

    I just started a class to go through and actually do all the quest and keep track of which ones used gendered pronouns and wasn't gonna actually give y'all a problem to fix until I actually had all the quests but this main post got me happy then sad. So sorry about that. I am pretty sure there are a few other times but I didn't remember them. Hopefully I can actually be more help in the future.

    "Lad" is pretty much gender neutral, even more so when it's from pirates I'd say!
    Though, I could be wrong

    If you find any instances of this, please file them as bug reports in the bug reports section. They're quick to fix and we do our best to avoid using gendered pronouns when referring to the player, unfortunately sometimes a few instances (such as those) might slip through. (No need to report the two you mentioned since they're being fixed now)

    Farquaad is probably something related to Fruma as he’s a cocky noble

    Bastille is defined as a fortress used as a state prison, which was stormed by a mob which marked the start of the French Revolution

    Considering the nature of the French Revolution, this might be Fruma again
