    For me, the Lava Springs quest is still not completable, as I am only able to get 2 corrupted evidence. I tried /fixquests and I searched every inventory and bank. So the 1.20.2 fix didn't work for me, sadly.

    Notably, there has been an adjustment to the Plague Major ID, which will prevent the poison damage spreading from mob to mob from decreasing.
