    "Matters" is an understatement. Consensus is leaning towards "busted". Balancing this out is likely going to necessitate damage boosts on E and T spell-leaning items being negative in general (which, needlessly to say, is extremely unintuitive). I really think we would have been better off without this change.

    Um...that change to str and dex may be a bit more than overpowered. My etw build is averaging 7k more on bombs than before...My thrunda build is also hitting first hits on uppers that deal about 90% as much damage as the ENTIRE UPPER before this patch...
