Okay, first of all... what is this Qira you speak of?

 

First of all, hello there!
Good to see you around.
Qira is the final boss of a new quest known as The Qira Hive.
Kinda like the Tower of Ascension, except, well, hive themed, and elemental based.

As depicted above, Qira, the almighty mistress of madness herself of the aptly named Qira Hive, is a majestic yet dangerous maiden.
The drones of the hive are of one mind, and will stop at nothing to tear you to shreds, stalking you from the shadows.
Her powerful magics and utmost temptation will prove hard to counter, so one must be on their guard, when deciding to partake in the most thrilling dance of their lives.

The battlefield is your ballroom.
Now let's dance.

That is fantastic! Very well done, and excellent on her form! The monotone of the purple really pulls off the dark, evil feel.

 

While Haxii's description is quite flowery and dramatic, I'll give you a bit more of a statistical description.

Qira, as was said, is the final boss and 'mistress' of what is known as the Qira Hive, a large, dark spider's-nest-looking den tucked away in the Canyon of the Lost, near the dwarf city of Thanos.

She creates various creatures there, and invites adventurers to fight for various prizes through various rooms of the Hive, each elementally themed.

If- and I do emphasize if- you can make it through all five floors, you will have the opportunity to fight Qira herself. She is immensely powerful...to wit, she's stronger than Death, and is accompanied by various Hive Drones who fight alongside her.

As for the flowery descriptions...she's a bit overdramatic., greeting the player with a grand statement, referring to them as "mortal" and saying "Let's dance" to start off the fight. So Haxii rolled with it.

 

Ah, I see. Of course my graphics driver has to go out of date weeks before Gavel comes out... I'm missing all of this stuff...

Finishing the Water Division

• Yansur: Impossible. Not even the most intelligent monsters could defeat you.
• Yansur: ...Here's the Water Voucher you're expecting.
• Yansur: The shop has your reward prepared.
• Yansur: Mistress Qira is intrigued by your determination... but is not worried. We do not expect you to make it past the next floor.
• Yansur: Now you must face some of the toughest creatures of Mistress Qira's imagination!
• Yansur: You must now face the floor of Fire, and it will be sure to burn you.

Finishing the Fire Division

• Yansur: This is unprecedented. You have defeated some of the most recent and powerful creations.
• Yansur: Here you are then, the Fire Voucher!
• Yansur: The shop has your reward prepared.
• Yansur: This is unorthodox, as no one has made it this far. But it would seem you have made quite the impression.
• Yansur: Mistress wishes to battle you herself!
• Yansur: This will be your toughest battle yet. Mistress Qira is the most feared being in Gavel.
• Yansur: You will die...but consider it the greatest honour to die by her hand.

Finishing the Quest

• Yansur: To beat Mistress... Masterful. Have we been cooped up in this Hive that long that our creations are outdated?
• Yansur: To be defeated by a human of Wynn.. Embarrassing. Well, here is your reward.
• Yansur: Mistress Qira was once called upon to help stop the decay of the forest.
• Yansur: With her boundless knowledge she surely would have cured it. But she declined.
• Yansur: She instead chose to create, obsessed with preparing for some sort of war.
• Yansur: Mistress never elaborated, but seemed like she knew something we didn’t. She always said the darkness was coming. But to have a human beat Mistress Qira herself, I don't think we stand a chance. Honour to you, warrior of Wynn.

The wiki doesn't list her pre-battle quote. The first time you enter her arena, she says this:
"[1/1] Qira: So, you've arrived. You are strong, but I know all. And I know you can't defeat the mother of the brood... But still! Let's dance, mortal!!"
