How can you take out a loan?​

Securing a loan with Ambrosia is a straightforward process. Simply send a DM on Discord to @tealycraft, providing the requested loan amount, collateral details, and the reason for the loan. Collateral will be assessed by our expert price-checkers, determining the eligible loan amount. A weekly interest rate will be calculated based on the agreed collateral, and the loan will be granted accordingly.

The exact interest rate for each loan depends on its unique circumstances and is assigned on a case-by-case basis. We carefully evaluate factors such as the loan amount, collateral provided, and the borrower's financial situation to arrive at a fair and tailored interest rate.

Investing with Ambrosia Loans

If you wish to contribute to the expansion of Ambrosia Loans, you can participate in our Investment Program. By investing your LE, you become a part of our loan-giving process and earn a portion of the interest! To explore this opportunity, send a message on Discord to @tealycraft.

Spoiler: Investing

Your investment entitles you to a percentage of interest from every loan we grant. The exact percentage is determined by your stake compared to other investors. For instance, if there were 100 stx invested in Ambrosia, and your contribution is 8 stx, you will receive 8% of the investor interest for each loan.

You can invest between 32 LE and 30 STX in increments of 16 LE. Investors are entitled to 60% of interest generated from all loans, distributed proportionally among them. Profits for investors increase with each rise in loan interest.

Investments can be withdrawn at any time. To withdraw, simply send a DM to @tealycraft on Discord. For investments less than 8 stx, you are guaranteed a same-day withdrawal, unless notified otherwise. Investments exceeding 8 stx still have a high chance of same-day withdrawal but are not guaranteed.

Investments are subject to a 1-week grace period after initial investment or when doubling the existing investment before profit-sharing commences.
