But that aside uhhh. Realistically how much would this cost? Say something costs me half a stack of LE to build if I do it myself, then would it be like a stack if I commission you guys?

Potentially, it really depends on scale, complexity and time. For something to take half a stack of LE, I'd say it must be at least a medium sized build, let's say a mansion that takes up 1/8 of the island size. Depending on the complexity of the layout and amount of time it takes to build, that could end up costing about 1-1.5 stx + the half a stx of materials.
