This took a few hours, looking through a bunch of stuff. I nearly went down the wrong path, trying to get an mp3 from the image. Anyway, I finally got it (I think)!

Using a steganography program, I extracted the series of digits:
1100000000001111100000000100100011101110101001001000100
This could then be decoded using the Bacon cipher (because Bob the Brilliant Badger likes bacon)
It returns "yahyashouse"
This took me way too long because I didn't know there was a bacon cipher lol

i would say "i love you" but it dosent make sense when you solve it
look at a old phone(urgh) you see numbers and 3-4 letters next to it
if you take the first number [5]:3 and locate it on the keypad the take the second number 5:[3] and chose the letter in witch case is a "L" if you do that with the rest of the puzzel you get this

Bump so that people can figure it out

 

So, I spent almost an hour trying to figure out.
First of all, I've tried to find the encrypt method you could have used. By googling 5/7, I've found that both are 'odd' number's, like 1,3,5,7,9...
So, I made a quick search and found a cipher which actually uses this parameter: Affine cipher.
I tought 5 and 7 would be the coeficients, I was kinda wrong, the actual coeficients are both 25 (had only to bruteforce once and search the results on a dictionary in order to get both coeficients).
After decrypting all words using a program, I got:

That was fun after all, hope I got that right.

 

Good solution, but I think we need the true message behind it

 

yeah I know that, but I couldn't come up with something for it, I just tought the true message would be the recipe

 

We probably need another cipher. Maybe something in there can decode it

 

the message is that ryuu is a weeb, because i dont even know what some of those foods are.
