What if the horse levels up during the event

The event will happen in 6 days, this Sunday, we created a little estimated schedule for the event, considering server crashes, time for people to make a boat line, etc...


Meet at Nemract Docks - 5:00
Item Bombs - 5:20
Duathlon Race - 6:00
Scavenger Hunt - 6:30
CSST - 7:30

Here you can also check some things that maybe weren't clear for the event:

• The event will happen on Sunday, July 30th at, 5PM EST, the world will only be released at 5PM and the first event will only start at 5:10PM

• Aurelion members will receive a notification about the server 30 seconds before Snt's Discord, than we will do a thread announcement.

• Official results for the Duathlon, Scavenger Hunt, the giveaway and Aurelion giveaway will only be given after the event. Members will have access for the Scavenger Hunt Results after the Scavenger Hunt.

• Media: Feel free to record the event, send us the video/pictures and we will be happy to share those with the community. • Can I go alone for the Scavenger Hunt? No you can't, you need a Scavenger Hunt pair to work with you, find pairs in #event

• You can suggest other times to a Flameheart member, more info about the Flameheart team in #announcements

• I can't find a Scavenger Hunt pair! You can find one during the Item Bomb party and beggining of Duathlon, we will be prepared for changes and issues with pairs.

 

when will the world it's on be announced?

 

We'll only announce the world 5PM EST, +50 people already entered the giveaway and we are expecting lots and lots of people, announcing the world before the event would create a bigger mess, we advise everyone to join our Discord to enter a server, we'll announce in our Discord before announcing here.

Now you can sign up for the Scavenger Hunt 30 minutes before the start of the Hunt, this has been changed because we've seen that many people are having issues to find a pair for the Hunt, this gives players the opportunity of finding a pair during the beggining of the event :D

Now the scavenger hunt prizes are per player, not per team!

The server will be announced here too, but it'll be announced in our Discord first, it won't be announced in-game to prevent server crashes

Aurelion's Summer Festival is tomorrow (Sunday) at 5 PM EST. Here's a checklist of items that may be helpful for the event:

- A 10/10 brown horse
- A boat
- A Seaskipper pass to Half-Moon Island
- Checking the boat race and horse race path
- Rebooting your internet for the event because servers will lag
- Cleaning your inventory for the item bombs
- Signing up for the Scavenger Hunt: http://jumla.in/Ws
- Keeping the [Scavenger Hunt Doc/Discord #event channel] open to be able to check the hints live
- Buying Teleport Scrolls before the event to quickly travel between cities
- Enable notifications in #announcements to easily join the server

 

Will the hints remain on the scavenger hunt discord? I want to do it but I'm not sure I can participate at that time.

 

I'm not sure how long they'll be on the discord, but the doc will have the hints and the answers.
