Eden was created on the 2nd of April 2018 by Jiggling and later passed down to Yugito, the current leader.
The guild nearly died out at times but was later revived in early 2020.
We are now an active guild that hosts community events regularly as well as warring.
Our goal as a guild is to become a strong force that can act on their own and has a
voice in guild politics, while also remaining a fun and welcoming guild.
We will also keep our guild community respectful, and enjoyable for all players to come.

We try not to be strict in general in terms of rules, but we have listed some rules that we find mandatory for a friendly environment in our guild.

1. Be welcoming and friendly towards anyone.

2. You must not ask for any change regarding positions in the guild. *¹

3. Any form of hatred will not be tolerated towards a specific person or groups of people in this guild. This also includes other guilds other than Eden.

4. We believe anyone in the guild shall be active. If you seek to take a break from Wynncraft let us know first, so we don't consider kicking you from the guild. *²

5. We expect you to not share any guild internal information with anyone outside of the guild.

*¹ this rule does not affect the Consul since it proposes the rank changes
*² you will get a warning after 1 week of inactivity and eventually get kicked a week after if your disappearing stays unreported

Since we care alot about our community we have built a hierarchy system which tries to stay as democratic as possible.
Therefore we have created two main Institutions.

The Agora:
This is an institution all guild members are a part of. It is where discussions and votes regarding all members happen. The votes on Agora
serve as a consultation of the public opinion rather than making a concrete decision. It has a big influence in the decisions made in the Senate.

The Senate:
This is an institution that the Consul, Dux and Senate are a part of. The Senate discusses and votes on decisions that largely impact
the guild and its members. The Consul acts as the president of the Senate as they start votes and execute the decisions made by the Senate.

There are many ranks in our hierarchy that can, for the most part, be obtained by anyone. You will be promoted for being active and for warring.

✮✮✮✮ Caesar:
The emperor of Eden. Their power is partially limited by the Senate. The only way to achieve this rank is by being handpicked of the Caesar to
replace them if they step down.

✮✮✮ Consul:
The Consul is both the leader of the Senate, having the power to call meetings and to execute the decisions made by it and the duty of foreign relations,
and the leader of the Army. There are 2 Consuls to prevent tyrannical decisions, with one Consul having the power to veto the others actions at any time.
While one Consul is permanent and can only be replaced by them stepping down, the other one has to be elected by the Senate to work as the second
Consul for 1 month. Only members of the Senate can be elected as Consul (Duces and Senators). After 1 month another Consul will be elected, however
you can get elected as often as the Senate decides to.

✮✮✮ Dux:
The Dux are highly acknowledged members of the Senate. Actively participating on the decisions of the empire and having a voice on the Senate,
they are high-rank military officers with their power just below the Consul. A Dux is chosen by the Senate for its exceptional military contributions and loyalty.

✮✮ Senator:
The Senators are, well, members of the Senate. They actively participate on the decisions made by the empire. A Senator is chosen by the Senate for
its prolonged services to the empire which includes warring.

✮✮ Legate:
The Legate are highly acknowledged soldiers that have earned their rank by participating in wars and being active ingame. They are expected to act
on their own in wars and to feel a sense of responsibility for the guild. They are chosen by the Senate.

✮ Legionnaire:
The Legionnaire are trusted members who have shown an interest in Warring and participated at least a few wars. They are chosen by the Senate.

Citizen:
Citizen are rather new members. One does not stay as a Citizen for long and will hopefully soon be chosen to be promoted by the Senate.
They can express their opinions, vote in the Agora and participate in all community aspects of the guild.

Unless otherwise stated, all ranks can be promoted, demoted or kicked by the Senate.
