this idea is very simple.
This would be a place that would take over the Planning Parlour. The Planning Parlour is now a Subsection of the Guides.
The Guides is a place where people can share strategies, sort of like class builds, but for other things, like "How to solo the Corrupter at level" and stuff like that. Class Builds will also be moved here instead of in the Wynncraft section.

"Solo" and "Party" can have pictures, but if it contains a video it goes in the Video categories.

That's pretty much all there is to it.

I was planning on wrighting a thread about this kind of section. I even pre-typed the whole thing and just needed to c&v it to a thread.

Eh, most good ideas are shared, and the race for the credit is the most important part. This is why you don't be lazy kids!

Would you like me to post my take on this? I'll be just pasting in everything, intro, body, and conclusion and just spoiler it to save space.

Spoiler: My take on a Guide forum, free to use w/ credit.

We've seen great guides and wanted them pinned to the top of the forum. I've seen it on my own guide, the guide is super helpful, but the only way to keep that amazing guide is to reply to it or the thread owner keeps bumping it a week before the grave point.

So, what other why can these guides be easily viewable without 10-20 unnecessary bumps and replies? Simple, a guide sub-forum!

I believe either in the Wynncraft or Noticeboard forums, a forums for player made, and staff made, guides to be redirected to. Of course by staff, and a request can be made by the guide owner/creator to be redirected. Stipulations and requirements can be created by the staff (unless guidelines would like to be made be me)

This way, guides can be made on the Wynncraft forum, and be sent to be found much faster than sifting through what you don't need.

Notes:
- Maybe the no necroposting rule be not effected to this forum, as it isn't needed where there are maybe one to three pages in the forum
- How i'd think it can be decided to move the guide is by either views or likes, and general usefulness.
- Map related Tools from the Your Work section can be sent to the guide forum
- Guides can be from general forum use and tips, maps, and whatever else that can be useful for the player base

And before you mention, yes, I do know that you can click the Guide prefix and view them like that, but that leaves the thread subject to an unaware necropost and several useless guide threads in between (not to mention using the wrong prefix or not the prefix at all).

Well... there is something called "The Wynncraft Wiki"
anyways...
sometimes its not that accurate though

 

But the wiki doesn't explain how to get rich quick.

 

There may be a few mishaps... but... it has a lot of guides already.
