The Cosmic Set from ??? was found to have a slightly larger boost in XP than the current "XP set" when the set bonus is taken into account.

Cosmic Vest(25%)
Cosmic Ward(25%)
Bad wolf(42%)
{Set bonus 35%} [Armor Total-152%]
Ring of Generosity(13%)
Ring of Generosity(13%)
Knucklebones(33%)
Altum Spatum(20%)
[Accessory total 79%]

Also, I would use precious as anternate for ring of generosity 11% each

 

Morph topaz gives 13% with the set bonus

 

Each? One last change, add Kayde as an alternate to Knucklebones

Tinkered with the thread a bit. ;)

 

Bad Wolf is listed twice, - technically Cosmic Walkers are the alternative as including the set bonus Bad Wolf gives 2% more xp (I'd rather have the loot and other set stuff personally)

 

The rare wand "Celebration" is better for higher levels as it does more damage even though it has a 10 percent less max XP than sage but sage is too low lvl to do damage.

 

The bracelet Rayshyroth's knowlege has more XP bonus than Kayde. 16% max.

 

Well, using all the loot bonus gear and I keep losing A TON OF HEALTH because of the 2x old keeper ring
