    That's a visual glitch. It's -50 and it was that way pre update that's why full jester was better than jester and Altum spatium

    k so jester set bonus got changed to (1) -25 (2) -50? (not sure on that one) (3) -75 (4) -100 so ye jester is no longer usable for xp bonus (when i say -x i mean just - loot and xp the rest of the set is the same iirc)
    your better off using Ring of generosity (memory paranoia quest reward) gives a total of 13% xp bonus per for a total of 26%

    Jester Necklace has 33% loot bonus, and better IDs. You can also use it at a lower level. Why is this Pendant considered better?

    EDIT: Omg forgot about the set bonus oopsie my bad this is wrong omg sorry oops

    I think
    Cosmic Visor,Cosmic Vest,Cosmic ward, and Bad Wolf is the best for xp armor, getting you 152% just from armor...

    Actually, no, max xp on boots is 25% and set bonus are just losing boots is 15%, so a maxed bad wolf gets better xp

    I think it got changed to...
    1 piece. -25%
    2 pieces. -50%
    3 pieces. -75%
    4 pieces. Was still -75 before update, but now -100% xp. (some said it was a glitch that it didn't -100 before)

    But if every piece gives 33XP bonus...
    33 + 33 + 33 + 33 = 132% XP Bonus
    132 - 100 XP Bonus = 32% XP Bonus Left
    Before Update gave +57% XP Bonus

    So yes, Jester DID get nerfed, but it's still good for XP bonus. Not the best, but good.

    As for a necklace alternative, Altum Spatium is one of the ??? rewards that gives
