No. You know, the visual glitch.
Watch the actual XP/Loot Bonus changing at total.

 

Pirate luck is base and max at 32. It is bought from an npc, the item guide just isnt updated to not give a range for certain items. It is at the pirate island armor merchant

Jester 2 piece says -50 so 2 max jester rings = 66-50=16.

2x ring of generosity is better 13 XP bonus each. But it's untradable from memory paranoia

 

o but doesn't 2 jester rings count as 1 jester, or maybe they changed it idk
