Can you do 16LE overall? Some of the speed boosts are very good.

 

None of the speed boosts even have a single * in them... Plus, most lvl 80+ legendarys I buy are usually 1.5 le a piece if they're mediocre. Me starting with a price of 9 le is a good deal for you compared to other shops.
