    Seven-League is extremely good, so doing around 10LE for it.

    LOL I can promise that doesn't go for 10 or 5 le xD I just bought a sage that has 3/4 mana regen but less xp bonus for 20 EB and a 1/3mana regen sage, and there is absolutely no way that seven league boots is worth 10 le... I would believe it to be around 3le, but I assure you I will never buy either of those items for anywhere near that price.

    Try to find another like it, I assume you, maxed (or close to maxed I guess, lol) go for high.
    The Sage deal makes sense because of the low exp bonus. Most people look for the xp bonus as the main ID in Sages, the higher, the more expensive.
