Are you looking more for lvl 100 players or would you accept a lvl 91 player? I can come back later when im a higher lvl if needed

 

Minimum requirement is 90 but it helps if you're 100. Normally if you're lvl 90 you're going to spend more time trying to level. There are also more build limitations a lvl 90 has compared to a lvl 100. Even if an application gets denied anyone can reapply in 2 weeks time so it's your choice and you can always reapply later.
