Nobody in the guild is dead and his application did not go unnoticed. I was busy and did not have the time to deal with it.

There are other guild members, but I deal with the applications. I asked another Parliament member to do it, but they were busy too. Didn't find out until this morning.

 

well thanks for the information, I'm currently working on getting a higher lvl to apply, is there a lvl minimum? (I'm lvl 66 ;-;)

 

There isn't an official minimum, but we typically only accept people over level 70. We are looking for members from Europe, Asia, and Oceania though, so we they have a little more leeway with their applications.
