I have a very important question about these numbers. Are these "averages" based on the old 0.7-1.3 range, or the new 0.3-1.3 range?

 

I think 0.7-1.3 on negative and 0.3-1.3 on positive stats

Things do glitch out occasionally? Like my ethereal glitched and for 5 minutes I was dropping 30k meteors about a week ago

 

Thunder weakness + arrow shield on a melee mob + max dexterity = tonne of damage probably. And that's only with Az...
