How much for the old keeper? idk how much to offer so....

so let me explain this to you. you say offer because of 2 reasons
1. you dont know how much to ask for it
2. you have a price in mind but want to see if possibly higher

so question
which of these 2 is it in the case of the old keepers ring?

if its 1. we need to figure something out
if its 2. then please tell me that price D: (and please dont ask more then what you want D: ask like 10% more then your minimum)

otherwise i really wouldnt know what to offer for it

well if a 21% sold for 5le i asume 8.5le (7le + powder) would be well worth. 10-15 would be overpriced tho.
