Stash powders, saving inventory space, and if in the Discount Club, save emeralds on the fee.

If there are any powders that you don't want, you can exchange them for powders of the same rarity, with a small fee.
The reason for the exchange fee tapering off at higher tiers is to encourage exchanging higher tier powders.
The reason for the exchange fee tapering off at lower tiers is the fee itself would cost more than the powders in total.

Due to the current instability in water powders, the prices of a water powder will be 10le/t6, and the exchange rates are higher.

The buy price is higher, at 28eb/t4 or 7le/t6 for water powders.

When exchanging water -> other element, there IS NO FEE.

You can now give me your powders, and I will keep an active list, of the powders that people have given me. At any moment in time, if you wish, you can then withdraw powders, and pay the exchange fee at any time. (Exchange fee IS the withdrawal fee), This is to encourage those who don't quite want to sell to me because they feel they are losing too much of the value of their powder, or want powders in the future and need inventory space.

To clear up confusion:
At any point in time AFTER stashing a powder, you may:

SELL said powder to me, for my standard buy price (see above)

WITHDRAW a powder of the equivalent tier of the stashed powder. (4t4s -> t5, free upgrading is fine as long as you don't stash for the sole purpose of upgrading)

If you are a regular customer (sell or buy from me often), you will get a better sell price from me.

Instead of 24eb/t4, you will get 28eb/t4, a 17% increase. When selling in bulk, it may be a good idea to purchase a week long membership to save some emeralds.

You can also pay a weekly fee of 5le to be on the list.

The exchange fees are cut by A HALF.
Buying from me remains the same.

When in the club, investing is a little bit different.
You can now give me your powders, and I will keep an active list, of the powders that people have given me. At any moment in time if you wish, you can then withdraw powders, and pay half the exchange fee.
