    I have been summoned.

    The base loot bonus of Discoverer is 115%. It's actually impossible to get exactly 100% due to the rounding variations of the numbers. You can get 99% and 101%, but not 100%. In order to get 101% or higher, you need a 0.87 roll or more. From 0.87 to 1.30 inclusive, there are 44 possible values, inclusive. This means there is a 44/101 = 43.56% chance of getting 101% loot bonus or higher.

    Well there's the numbers.

    it was a 115% discoverer on third reroll, actually, @Wybel can confirm, he also has a screenshot, I believe.

    Discoverer (still rerollable) is worth much more than 3.5 stacks.

    1st, a 100 requires a 87 roll. There are 30-130 rolls.
    88-130 is a gain
    87-30 is s loss
    42/100 chance to make money
    58/100 chance to lose money.

    There's actually 101 possible rolls. 0.30 to 1.30 is 101 values inclusive.

    I've seen at least 6 (don't ask me for names I forgot), most of them just don't want to sell it coz they wanna use it to "increase other mythic's drop rate" so I guess that's why there're almost none in market
