Really whatever people are willing to pay, community prices are only a guideline. It's difficult to price the best of a mythic on the server (ex. the Fatal or Ignis in this shop) as it may be the only item someone needs, whereas LE can constantly be earned. Don't forget about inflation. Example: I've sold multiple decent Ignises for 3-5 stacks, whereas declined 7 stacks multiple times on the best one.
