    the inconsistency makes mana steal and life steal absolutely terrible on anything that's not super slow (and even super slow sucks sometimes), the entire rng based stealing I think is really stupid.

    I use a lot of fast and slow speed / very slow speed mana steal :doom:

    idk it actually isn't that bad you just want mixed mana
