"Huh? What was that?" I say waiting to see what it is

 

"Huh?!" I looked around for the 3rd time

 

I start sliding and blendin against the wall downwards.... I Use Transform and leave 3 mass behind
(Allowing me to retreat back to my 3 mass body)
3 mass behind + 2 mass for use of Transform = 10 mass now?

 

I slowly put my bow and arrow back, and get up ot the bush, opening as much as I can up with my hands.

 

I fold the map and put it away (yes, Arnold does have places to put things away in, he is wearing clothes) and hurries in the direction of the explosion.

 

"Right." He goes to find a suitable place to watch the whole road. (Like a tree or something)

 

"Yes, that would be helpful..."

 

"Depends," i say motioning to my companions.
OOC: I like how he is just standing there talking with a teenager in weird clothes, while being inspected by 2 wolves and a squirrel XD

 

I stop all my movements and sigh."....I guess I forgot about the essentials.Should have remembered earlier."
I sit down and check the items I have with me,searching for any edible food.

 

Read the letter please.

 

He pulls out the letter.

"General M'Almegio, As of this letter's writing, you and your troops are now stationed on Home Guard, as the threat of Enemy troops attacking our capital grows stronger. I expect your army here as soon as possible. Signed, Grand Duke Lucien Montrap." Your Aide-de-camp reads.

"Shall I read the report now?"

You find nothing edible. Unless you're willing to have a bad stomach, in which case there's a rotten chunk of meat. Some mushrooms catch your eye. They look edible enough.

"Ah, I see you have friends. They are most welcome in. We may provide you four with breakfast, if you would like."
OOC: He's bein kind and all.

"Well, centuries ago, this land was once whole. Well, partially whole. The Grand Duchy of Hellwood and The Republic of The Deserted Sands were once one, and ruled over a large area, with The Monster Empire their enemy. The land looked much different, magic flowing through it with wars very rare. Of course, that all changed when The God of Doom, Yvander, woke up from his million year hibernation. He caused chaos all throughout the land. Entire towns would be no more in the course of thirty minutes. All of the Gods decided to put a stop to this by sealing him away. But the damage had been done. The old land was no more, and a fortress of impenetrable peaks separated the land from the rest of its former territories. War broke out between the three factions, and here we are now." He says, "There are a select few of us with the ability to strengthen the seal by sacrificing an evil-doer. Weather said evil-doer has righteous intentions is up to debate. What has been done cannot be undone."
OOC: Yay lore.

You look around for anything that's a good hiding spot, but the best is the trenches. Specifically your trench. It's surprisingly camouflaged well into the sand. You hear Lumi yelling for Lyn.

You run around for a bit through the corridors, but eventually you find some smoke coming form a pile of rubble at the end of a corridor.

You open it up to see a three men there. One tied up, and the other two aiming their bows at him. They all look shocked to see you.

OOC: Yep.

You slide down the wall faster, and eventually you end up in a massive cavern. Lava flows from the ceiling with all of them meeting at the center of the floor, creating a pool. At the center of the pool is a massive anvil, as well as a massive dragon hammering away at it.

10 Mass

You get up and look around. It's a battle. You can't quite catch which armies it is though.

You see a dragon emerging from the ground, with Lip'x riding it.
"You can surrender now, Dragon!" Lip'x yells.

Your swings still hit nothing. You land and swing both. Your projection catches Kyln's blade, causing him to uncloak.

 

I quickly release the bush, and lunge at supposedly one of the men.
I also attempt to disarm him.

 

I lunge at him low with the real one and swing hard on both sides with the projection, in case he sidesteps.

 

I look around for the nearest monster who appears to be staff or someone with a position.

 

I grab both of the hilts of my sword, and it slid out from the sheath. I looked around if anyone was coming at me.

 

"What? So your going to get a lesser dragon to fight me? I doubt that even is a dragon! A dragon would never surrender to weak creatures like you!" I shout at him

 

I remind myself to discard the meat later,as getting rid of it in the forest isn't going to be a good option.
I decide to look around the close surroundings for other possible food source and come back for the mushrooms after.Their appearances are deceiving at most times.

"Well I guess I can."
"Sorry, I've not used my manners for a long time. Let's try again."
"Yeah, we'd like that"

 

He nods, and then motions for you and your animals to go in.

He pulls out a piece of paper and starts to read it from it.

"We have three wounded, and no dead. Several of the soldiers have serious complaints against the attack." He says, "One of our caravans lost a wheel in the attack, five horses were wounded and one was killed."

You explore around for a while, and find a berry bush. You recognize them as incredibly poisonous when eaten raw, but when heated to a certain point can be used as a painkiller. There appears to be an abundance of them in the bush.

Lip'x yells put to you, "Refusing to surrender? Fool!"
He urges the dragon forwards, and the dragon immediately charges for your tail. You realize that it isn't a dragon, its a wyvren.

A soldier which you recognize as a Deserted Sands soldier charges towards you, spear out. You have seconds to act.

A reptilian wearing a smart uniform covered in smoke and ash walks out of the rubble. He looks to be some kind of monster in the General staff of the army. He looks extremely cross.
"Where is C?! Where is C?!" He yells.

He backpedals an a fast speed, just barely missing your lance. He prepares a charge.

You tackle the man to the ground, at the same time knocking his bow and arrow out of his hand. The other man lets his arrow loose at you by accident, digging hitting your shoulder.
