I picked up the holy dagger and turned around,seeing a knife flying over.Not having enough time,I use my right arm to block it.'It will hurt,but losing mobility is a price that I cannot afford..'
Ignoring where the knife hit and the pain(That is,if it hit),I carry Revshard on my back and pull out the other dagger and rush towards the attacker,preparing to unleash the dagger skill."...Please,lend me your strength one last time,my daggers...!"
'They will probably break after this attack...'"Dance of Menace!"

 

I stopped and sighed, then I observe my surroundings

 

I continue to head towards the lights.

 

You continue walking towards the light. As you near, you can hear explosions, as well as the sound of fierce fighting.

You observe your surroundings. There are lots of elementals just "hanging around". You recognize two Ice elementals from earlier.

The knife digs into your arm, bringing you great pain. You perform the attack successfully, and your attacker is knocked back covered in cuts from the attack. Somehow, your daggers do not break, though they are extremely weathered and brittle.

What kind of armor are you wearing?

You enter the area, and you see your partner is wearing the same armor as you, but he is carrying nothing as a weapon. The area is like always, sandy ground with no obstacles.

You neutralize most of the fireballs, but somehow one manages to get through and explodes in your mouth. It doesn't hurt, it's just hot.

The man remains silent. His hand is held out. He is still expecting something to be put on his open palm.

A reptillion slithers towards you. "What isssss your purpossssse?" He says.

 

"I was told to come here by a giant... eight-legged thing. This is the training hall, right...?"

 

"Why Yessss, pleasssse proccceed to the main group at the bottom, we are about to sssstart" He motions to the center of the arena where all of the monster are huddled up. He hisses before slithering away.

 

I head to the center, still unsure of what I'm being trained for.

 

'Maybe if..' I thought, feeling determined to do this...

I approached the elementals and looked innocent and peaceful

 

You enter. Just as you enter, a disgusting hybrid of a pig and a zombie says something in the native language. Then, he says it again in the common tongue. "I shall divide all of you into 4 groups! After that, I will speak of the instructions!" He starts dividing the monsters.

The elementals take no notice of you.

 

I wait to see what order he gives me, then I go to that group.
(or if I'm left standing there, then I'll just look nervous and awkward)

 

I try to see what's happening without being noticed, ready to fight if necessary.

 

"Ha...Ha..."I pant as I hold my right arm with the other hand,staring at the attacker.I clutch my dagger and stand in a defensive stance,in case he is preparing to charge again.

 

You look at what's going on. It's a fierce battle battle between Deserted Sands soldiers and Hellwood soldiers.

After a while, he says "You there! In the back!" He's pointing to you. "You'll be the wild card, The Mercenary!" A lot of the monsters seem disappointed. He begins to explain the rules and what to do in the native language. After a while, he repeats them in the Common Tongue. "The Fourt teams will each get an equal section of the arena, with the middle being neutral ground. All four teams have to be able to wipe each other out. No rules, except for no killing. You will not be given any armor nor any weapons at the start. However, in the middle neutral ground, there will be several stashes of weapons and armor. Now, the Mercenary, or the wild card, can join any team they want, and leave any team they want. They can attack anyone they wish, even if they are in their own team. The Mercenary will use their preferred weapons and armor. Is this clear?" The monsters nod and cheer.

He charges forwards again, his blade pointed at you.

 

I attack the nearest Hellwood soldier with my thrysus.

 

"What? How do you fight without killing? I don't..."
I trail off, realizing I'm probably the only one here who has no idea what's happening.
"Nevermind."

 

You attempt to bash him with it, but he dodges out of the way. "Wha-what are you?!" He shouts, shocked at you.

The four teams move out to their territories, leaving you in the middle. The pigman walks up a set of stairs to the spectating area to watch. He shouts out something in the native language, before repeating it. "Prepare yourselves!"

 

I look around frantically.

"Hold on, am I supposed to still have Hydrolance? What's..."
I stop myself.
"Erm..."
I look around for water.

 

Though it is painful to move my arm,I use both of the daggers to form an "X" to guard,then use the left dagger to strike at his arm which holds the sword.

 

There is non. It's just a cold hard ground. "START!" Yells the Pigman in both languages. All of a sudden, all of the teams charge at each other to fight.

Right before he reaches you, he casts a spell of fog and disappears again.

 

I just go for broke and immediately try to use Tidecall, not sure exactly what to do other than fight.
