if they both barked for an hour, it'd be the same (sorta) as they'd constantly bark for an hour, straight

true... each one barked once... the bark just lasted 1hour (if we dont look at the 5x more thing)

They could, literally, have barked as many times as you want them to have. We aren't given enough information to solve the problem properly.

That's what I'm talking about, the creator of that question didn't give us enough info.

I hope that wasn't in a test.
