The key is that you have to remember that some people are really young, or english is not their main language. Don't compare them to your knowledge. Keep trying.
Spelling issues, message spam, didn't understand when you told him to use the comment button, requests to use your account... you may be able to keep focus through it, and I could probably do so on a good day, but it's a lot to deal with.
The spelling issues and message spam are quite fine to me, since it's quite common. Not understanding is, too. Pretty much the hardest part to deal with was the request for my account. To be completely honest, I did actually want to release rage and shout at him. However, I did know that that isn't the way to go. It's still hard, saying a polite no.
But that would be inulting someone young for BEING young, which isn't fair. I have a seven or six year old cousin, named Nicholas. Trust me, he and his three year old brother are frusturating. Especially for my brother.
