It's probably not OptiFine that makes you lag... More likely the other mods.

I KNOW it's optifine. When I remove it on mod packs, my fps goes way up XD

Mods that use graphical quirks in the minecraft code get messed with by optifine changing the code, causing lag.

Ah. That's it XD I was wondering why optifine was lagging me... XD
