Both can be logically answered with "yes"

Like, how is that so confusing? Of course it makes a sound! Otherwise we might as well say "screw science" and have people stop learning it in schools.

The real question actually is, "If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, does anyone care?"

or: 'If an icecream cone falls on the floor, and no one is there to eat it, will you get a refund?"

or: "If an icecream cone falls on the floor, and you're really hungry, and no one's around to say 'GROSS!', is it really so wrong for you to pick it up and eat it?"

That one's not a hard question, it's just one without enough information to answer. Did you pay for the ice cream? What's the company's refund policy?
