I know, but think about it, there are lots of people who watch that thread or who get alerts and emails sent to them whenever a new post is made. Plus if there are a lot of extraneous posts on the tracker then it makes it more difficult to find real information about swarms.

Content on the swarm tracker should just be - announcing swarms, updates on time, and announcing its over (although to be honest the last two shouldn't even be required either, as people can see when the post was made and work it out from there..).

uh how can you get alerts if there is a new post on it?

When viewing the thread, there is a small link on the top right of the thread that says 'watch', hit that and you will be alerted when there is a new post :)

The new Danieldan4 ha, no not at all, I would hate being a mod, I'd punch everybody that tags me in things ordering me about to move threads. I just believe the swarm tracker should be kept free of unhelpful posts.

Same for me, I was just being sr Aston, because some of the mods wrote exactly the same things to newcomers...
