A ban is saved on the system and any subsequent ban is permanent. I can't remove your ban from the system, but if you are banned for something and you can prove you are innocent - then I would suggest making an appeal anyway. Obviously if that happens I can vouch that I accepted your explanation the first time, and rescinded your ban rather than giving you a second chance.
