It's basically an anti-everything weapon. The only things it CAN'T kill are overhealed hoovies and ubered enemies (but then again, why would you load up your bazookas against something you KNOW is invincible)

Gunslinger and Enforcer m88

You can't put enforcer on engineer, unless you're talking about Frontier Justice.
Either way, Short Circuit is always the most annoying Engie weapon.

The Enforcer is honestly a pitiful weapon. I can kill much quicker with a normal revolver, and the Ambassador is better if you can get consistent headshots (102 PER. SHOT.)
