But if you're depressed , stuck inside because of it,
Yet - extroverted.
Then that friendship and conversation you make is very important too.
I don't by any means intend to tell you how to live your life, but I'm going to have to agree with fibunny on this one. It's different for everyone, of course, but depriving myself of sleep was in retrospect one of the contributing factors for, well, you know.
