You know what annoyed me the most?
The sudden haircut change for Mickey the idiot.
Because, what, does the Tardis have a barber-bot?
Where do they even eat or sleep, anyway? D:

Well, it's never shown in the series (because they had a relatively small budget at the time) but there are many more rooms than that one control room in the TARDIS. It's referenced more in series 6 and 7.
