They ban people because they have to. Nobody said it's a fun job, but it's the job they accepted when they got the offer.

They already are as friendly as they need to be.

but they should respect us! think about it: you said 6 bad words nearby a cop(moderator) and you are jailed(Banned) for 1 day. unfair!

Ehm, you can make a ban appeal. The moderators have a choice. They don't have to do the job if they don't want to (two moderators have resigned)

And who says they don't get paid? You don't know everything. And they keep the community in order, yet they never get a "thank you" now do they? And waiting for VIP is a glitch, and they try to help people as fast as they can while still trying to tackle the glitch head-on.

Okay, shaddap. We have never banned anybody for Cursing, even a temp ban. It's called a mute. SPAMMING through /msg will get you banned.
We ban when people break the rules. And they asked us if we wanted to be mod. We CHOOSE to volunteer.

Also, voting = Not republic. Not even democracy. Democracy is the electorate vote nowadays. Why? Public is kinda bad at making decisions. So, the electorate vote is kinda mods/admins. So basically, we ARE a democracy, and you want an unrepresentative democracy, like in ancient greece. Well, not gonna happen bud.
