Here. Why is he not banned here?
He keeps harassing users, even back talking aggressively to moderators.
Just the other day he was back to pull some shit.
As you probably know, the forums operate on a warning point system. A person breaks a rules, they get warned, and given some warning points. When said person reaches a specific amount of active points, they are banned. Problem is, points have a expiring date, and then don't count towards the total. He's broken the rules several times, but some warnings are off and some on.
If a person has 6 active warning points, he/she will get temp banned. We Mods have agreed that if a person reaches 20 points, inactive or active, they should be perm-banned.
Since Dan hasn't reached neither 6 active ones nor 20 in total... Well.
Yeah, but people have time and again made it very clear that they are bothered by his activities. Complaints have been filed.
I mean, look at my CM profile! He just doesn't have an off-button! He doesn't stop!
Guy's starting to get fucking scary, you never know when he'll flip and start some more drama.
Hmmm... How about this: If he does something breaking the rules/creating drama/etc again, I'll speak with him more directly, through a PM, letting him now he's walking on thin ice. If he still doesn't get the point, more severe measures will be taken.
He already should know he's walking on thin ice, though.
He's logged onto a friend's account - Tama compared the IPs- just to start insulting me.
Then days later, he came back on his own account for some more, using the topics discussed when he was on his friend's account to harass me on another person's profile and even my AMA.
And whenever he gets a warning, he just says he doesn't accept that warning.
He never gets the clue. He never knows when to stop.
And he doesn't seem to care if he offends or hurts others, as evident by his ramblings on my CM profile.
