Sc, i suggest we team up on this. First of all, its not 1337, i know that, its not scrambled either because of the dots and random letters. If its a proper code used, it may be difficult, as not just will it be coded with 26 letters but also with 9 numbers and an arrangement of punktuation. I suggest we look for words we kinda recognize first.
