K, tell me what it is

So I recently changed my skin to a horse...but all the render shops are full of people and there are long lines...so I was wondering if you could render me with my new skin...so could you maybe render my new skin in a wynn city or something? If that dosen't work just put me in any terrain or any background Oh! I want 1 hand on my hips other holding carrot or mushroom stew

I was just wondering if you could teach me how to save the project...I use blender and I just take screenshots of my finished render instead of saving it because it's always in a .blend file ...
