Well, okay, here's what you do, Diamond.
Each of you put down a chest with your name on it, and an item frame that has a pair of boots, right?
When Sinterklaas comes to our country, it's tradition to "put our shoe out". In the night, Sint's pieten will come and put pepernoten and other candy, and small toys in it.

Pepernoten is candy!?

No, they're... aerhmm... they're sort of candy.....
The thing is, the term often gets switched. What we call pepernoten usually are 'Kruidnoten'.

They're absolutely amazing.
You should be able to make them yourself, actually, if you google a recipe! They're kind of like speculoos, if that's easier to make.

Hahaha I just googled "How to make kruidnoten", and they called them "Ginger Nuts". Hahahaha.

Aaaaah Sinterklaas. :D I remember putting my shoe out... and oh my god the pepernoten, little cinnamon drops of goodness...
Then of course there's the topic of zwarte piet... which is interesting.
