God, whoever wrote that quest. Fucking masterpiece. God damn it. I saw something with mail and I was heading in thinking wow, what a boring quest this is gonna be (no offense to USPS, you guys are great lol). Then we stated helping some grandma, which was wholesome. The bread factory was fun, then we start playing subway surfers. That ending. God. Fucking. Damn.
And Syndra? I really hope we get to talk to Syndra about this because I have some feelings that need to be processed and questions that need answering. I can't believe it. She just... she's gone. As the quest neared the close, I could sense something was off. Goose flesh through till the final stage.
I nearly cried. I felt the rush, my eyes began to wet, they perhaps reddened a degree... it probably would've broken through if there weren't people nearby that I'd then have to explain to lol. This is how you write a quest. God I hope to see this energy in a rewrite of AJB and AJF. In those we've known Aledar for a while and Elphaba from Reclaiming the House but it doesn't hit the same.
I choose to believe she died because the developers were foolish enough to not disable movement spells while you’re carrying her and my escaping into walls at Mach 4 pulverised her brittle elderly bones
I was actually thinking about that. I feel like the carrying served no purpose gameplay wise? Lore wise I guess it makes sense because A) she's old B) It demonstrates her lack of memory, and how she's slowly recovering and C) Demonstate's she's old. Damn, listening to If I Die Young rn was a bad idea.
