it's more in the extreme body dysmorphia, i dont know how to move like this way, and also there is some animal society with other intelligent animals and the bodies they woke up in are not theirs in a more literal sense than you usually think when reading that
my recs so far may have given it away but one of my alltime favorite concepts is "i am now in a different body and everything about it is alien and disturbing to me and now i have to go deal with it". it may surprise you to hear but i dont think it actually reflects any personal Things about me, somehow
