Ok, basically first try doing "tze", like tse but different, and then you take that sound and add ELL, so TZELL, then uvv uh, and then the hard part.
The guttural KH sound, which is in languages like hebrew, and arabic, and semitic languages. So if you cant pronounce it, you can just say K sound, and then awd, or ahd, so total it is
TZELL-UV-UH-<KH/K>AHD
